By accessing kelmavia.com, creating an account, submitting information or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the store policies applicable to your use of the website or transaction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or submit an order.

Eligibility

To make a purchase through Kelmavia™, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your place of residence.

If you have not reached the applicable legal age, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, materials, colors, pricing and availability accurately.

Kelmavia™ focuses on home storage and organization products, including laundry hampers, storage baskets and bins, rolling organizers and utility carts, wall-mounted shelves and hanging storage shelves.

Depending on the product, materials may include polyester fabric, cotton-blend canvas, PP components, woven PP rattan, cotton rope, polyester rope, jute rope, bamboo, pine wood, powder-coated steel and other materials identified on the applicable product page.

Colors, texture and finish may appear slightly different because of photography, room lighting, screen brightness, display settings or other reasonable factors.

Product dimensions and weights may also be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Minor differences in color tone, natural wood or bamboo grain, fabric texture, woven texture, rope texture, surface finish, decorative details, assembly alignment, dimensions or weight are not necessarily considered defects.

Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, shipping restrictions and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

We may reasonably refuse, limit or cancel an order because of:

• Payment failure or unsuccessful verification
• Suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity
• Unavailable inventory
• An obvious or material pricing error
• An obvious or material product-information error
• Shipping or legal restrictions
• An inability to fulfill or deliver the order

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices on kelmavia.com are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown.

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts and your final order total.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During holidays, promotions or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to applicable return requirements.

Customers must contact customer support before sending merchandise back so that the appropriate return address and instructions can be provided.

After an approved return has been received, inspected and approved, an eligible refund will normally be initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

A bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please include your order number and relevant photographs or videos showing the product, issue, packaging and shipping label where appropriate.

After a problem attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return or other reasonable solution without requiring you to bear additional costs caused by that confirmed error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other promotional offers.

Discounts should be applied and confirmed before checkout is completed.

Product Use & Safety

Kelmavia™ products must be used lawfully and in accordance with the applicable product description, assembly instructions, specifications, care information and warnings.

Storage products should be used only for purposes reasonably consistent with their design.

Where a product specifies a recommended load or capacity, do not intentionally exceed that limit.

Rolling carts should be placed and used on suitable stable surfaces. Do not intentionally use a cart in a manner that may cause instability or tipping.

Wall-mounted and hanging shelves should be installed using an installation method and hardware appropriate for the product, wall type and intended use.

Periodically check mounting points, fasteners, ropes, shelves, wheels, frames and other structural components for looseness, damage or wear where applicable.

Bulk Purchases & Resale

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing, commercial resale or business purchasing should contact us before placing an order so availability and applicable terms can be reviewed.

Purchasing Kelmavia™ products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official Kelmavia™ distributor, agent, representative, partner or authorized retailer without our prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Kelmavia™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, videos, product presentations, written content, packaging presentation, original design concepts and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator to the extent provided by applicable law.

You may use kelmavia.com for personal shopping and other lawful, noncommercial purposes.

Store content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without authorization, except where applicable law permits.
